Merry Christmas!

Come along to the Farm and choose your own tree fresh from the field!

Welcome to Stoke Goldington Christmas Trees

We are once again welcoming customers to the farm for pick-your-own Christmas tree sales this year. This will be our 20th year selling to the public from the farm and we're hoping for another successful season.

Thank you to everyone who visited during our 2023 season which went really well. It was lovely to welcome so many new customers to the farm who had never chosen their own tree from the field before, or indeed had a real tree before, as well as many returning customers who are keen to carry on with their annual tradition of coming to the farm to take their own tree home for Christmas. Our new outdoor photo 'selfie frames' were really popular for visitors to capture some great photos of themselves in the plantations and everyone seemed to love our festively decorated horsebox attached to our lovely red vintage tractor, and the mini Little Tikes car with a tiny tree on the top for our very youngest visitors to enjoy! It's all about making memories when you visit the farm and it's always so lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves. Whilst the weather was truly British and was jolly wet at times, rain definitely didn't stop play and we loved your enthusiasm for donning your wellies & enjoying our trees! We were lucky with one beautifully sunny, frosty day which made the perfect day's weather for choosing your tree.

We are pleased that our plantation we call 'Spinney Field' which is full of several thousand Nordmann Firs will continue to provide a plentiful supply of Firs over the next few years! Our stocks of homegrown Norway Spruce are at a good level now too, so we can offer customers a wide choice of either Firs or Spruce ranging from tiny 2fts to 8ft+ and beyond. We will also once again be selling a small number of potted 4ft Nordmann Firs which are appealing to customers who want to have the tree in their gardens after the festive season.

Don't forget we also sell water-holding Christmas tree stands, handmade festive door wreaths, logs & kindling and our very own range of Fruity Farmer homemade fruit gins & liqueurs and infused rapeseed oils all made here on the farm. (Find out more at www.thefruityfarmer.co.uk). There are now 16 fruit gins & liqueurs in our range - Rhubarb Gin, Seville Orange Gin, Gooseberry Gin, Apple & Blackberry Gin, Strawberry Gin, Quince Gin, Sloe Gin, Raspberry Vodka, Limoncello, Apricot Vodka, Mulberry Vodka, Cherry Brandy, Blackberry Whisky, Seville Orange Rum, Rhubarb Rum and our NEW Non-alcoholic Rhubarb Spirit Drink...plus four rapeseed oils, Classic, Lemon-Infused, Chilli-Infused and Wild Garlic-Infused. You'll find them all for sale throughout our season in our log-cabin style 'shop' area.

Families and children absolutely love the outing to the farm. You can put on your wellies and walk around the fields to choose the perfect tree for the space in your home. It's all about being outdoors on the farm and choosing your own tree to take home for Christmas, creating an annual family tradition for your Christmas and making memories. We will cut the tree down for you (don't forget to shout 'timber' and take a photo!), carry it back to our farmyard and net-wrap it for you to take home. Our team of Santa helpers are available to help you of course.

Fresh, farm-grown Christmas trees are the ideal adornment to your home, with their beautiful foliage and aromatic scent. Buy British this year!

We are proud to be members of the BCTGA, the trade association for those who grow specialist Christmas trees in Great Britain. Members of the BCTGA cultivate well-shaped, sturdy trees specially for the Christmas festivities.

Stoke Lodge Farm Christmas Tree Equipment This project enabled us to purchase a new specialist Christmas tree tractor & sprayer system with some additional attachments which we use across our plantations. This enables mechanisation, increasing productivity and quality. The project was part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. It was applied for through the LEADER Programme in the Clay Vales area
